What types of Emails can you create?
We can work on any type of email you need! We've created thousands of different types of emails. Whether it's a Welcome Email, Purchase Confirmation, Abandoned Cart, Newsletter, Product Launch, Discount Promo, Survey, Feedback Email or anything in between - we can handle it!
How many emails can you design for me?
Unlimited means unlimited! You can submit as many design requests as you'd like and we'll work on them one at a time, until they're perfect, forever!

How will you customize the Email to my Brand/Company?
We'll start the process by analyzing your branding, guidelines, target audience, tone, and messaging. The design will include your unique logos, color schemes, and persona, seamlessly integrating specific CTA's and graphics. Our job is to create designs that reflect your brand's identity. Your customers should know the email is from you without having to read a word.
Do you write the Email Copy?
We do not typically handle copy. Please make sure to have the copy ready along with other standard materials for each email!
What email platforms do you work with? Can you upload the design for me?
We can work with any Email Platform! While Klayvio and MailChimp are the most common, we have experience working with over 50 Email Service Providers (ESPs) and counting. Yes, we can upload the designs for you under our Premium Plan.

Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds given the nature of the service. However, if you're unsatisfied for any reason, please reach out and we'll work with you to make it right.
How fast can you turnaround a design?
We work quickly. Typically we'll turn around a request in 2-days time. But depending on the complexity, it may take up to 3-4 business days. We'll be sure to communicate a clear timeline with each request and stick to it.
Do you offer revisions?
Yes, of course! We'll revise and redesign as needed until your 100% satisfied with the outcome.
